So it is Sunday. The day before Monday. The day before work.
This week has gone by fast. Manage to work out 5 times this week mainly doing bodypump and Cxworx (wohoo!) but today I also tried out Bodyflow for the first time. Bodyflow is a mix of many e.g. yoga, pilates etc. There is a faster pace to bodyflow than yoga which might suit me better. I am usually bad at stretching before and after work out so I hope going to bodyflow will help me out. Saturday I also saw some friends over dinner which was very “hyggeligt” as one would say in Danish. Had a bunch of delicious food. Yummy!
For the week coming up, I booked core class, bodyflow and body pump class which I am excited for. Otherwise, just prepping for work ahead.
